John W. (Jack) Schrader, 59

Funeral services for John W. (Jack) Schrader, age 59, who died Dec. 31 were held Saturday, Jan. 2, at 10:30 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in Britt.

Officiating at the services were Rev. J. Larry Vallery and Rev. James A. Louk. Organist was Ruby Hodson and soloist was Charles McLaughlin. Ushers were Gilbert Guenther. Charles Smith and Robert Hiscocks, Jr.

Casket bearers were Ralph Anderson, Max Barnett, Robert Korneisel, Donald Kraus, Merle Larson and Mark Miller, Jr.

Interment was in Evergreen Cemetery, Britt.

Jack was employed at Britt Tech, was an agent for Standard Oil and had recently retired from Schrader Standard Service last November.

He is survived by his wife, Hyla; daughter Jill of Britt; son Craig and his wife Susan of Ankeny.
