Olivia `Janette' Madson

BRITT — Olivia "Janette" Madson, 77, of Britt, died Wednesday (May 3, 1995) at Hancock County Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at First Lutheran Church, with the Rev. James A. Mattson officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery .

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Cataldo Funeral Home, Britt.

Olivia Madson was born Jan. 21, 1918, on a farm near Stanhope.

Survivors include her husband, Norman Madson of Britt; four children, Karen Rosso of Issaquah, Wash.; Roger Madson of Prior Lake, Minn.; Michael Madson of Britt and Verlaine Hall of Hamburg; five grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother.
