ABSTRACTED OBITUARY from Forest City Summit, July 27, 1961

Mrs. Bergie L. Anderson, 62. former Forest City resident died July 10 at Britt.

Born April 21, 1899 at Clare, daughter of James A. and Bridget McCarvel Redden. Married B. L. Anderson at Britt in July of 1923.

Survived are her husband, a daughter. Mrs. Joe (Rosemary) Ptacek of Garner; a foster son, James D. Anderson of Baltimore, Md.; 2 grandchildren and a brother Frances Redden of Britt.

Services at St. Patrick's church at Britt with burial in St. Patrick's cemetery.
