Alice Myslewski rites Wednesday at Britt church

Britt - Funeral services for Alice C. Myslewski, a long time resident of Britt, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Mrs. Myslewski died Monday at the age of 65 in a Mason City nursing home.

The Rev. Justin A. Kane will officiate at Requiem Mass and burial will be in the church cemetery. The Rosary was scheduled for 7:15 p.m. Tuesday at the Boughton Funeral Home.

Mrs. Myslewski was born Sept. 12, 1897, at Barnum, Iowa, to William J. and Margaret Burns O'Hern. She lived for some time in Chicago and was married there in 1925 to Joseph J. Myslewski, who survives her.

Other survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Wayne (Gloria) Dudgeon, Britt; three brothers, John and Lawrence of Plymouth and Maurice of Britt; three sisters, Elizabeth O'Hern of Chicago, Mrs. Merrill (Vivian) Moore, and Mrs. Leigh (Agnes) Barth, both of Garner; and nine grandchildren.
