Albert L. Page found dead in Corwith home

Corwith - Albert L. Page, 69, was found dead at his home here Monday morning. Hancock County medical examiner Dr. Lyle R. Fuller, Garner, said death probably occurred Saturday night. The Sunday papers were found on the porch.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at the Boughton Corwith Funeral Home. The Rev. C. L. Clason will officiate. Elmer Wilson Post of the American Legion will conduct military rites at Corwith Cemetery.

Born July 22, 1892, he was a life time resident of the Corwith area. He did drainage work. He was the son of Sherman and Della Mae McFarland Page. He was a veteran of World War I and served overseas with the 47th Infantry Division.

Surviving are three brothers, Glenn, Kanawha; Lyle, Newton, and Elwood, Los Angeles. He was preceded in death by his father, a brother, Grant, and his mother, who died a month ago.
