Frank simper, Hancock County Farmer, Dies From Result of Hard blow in the Stomach.

GARNER, Ia., May 12. - (Special.) - Frank Simper, a farmer residing near here, was kicked in the stomach by a mule on Thursday evening. He died shortly afterwards.
