According to the book History of Hamilton Co., IA Vol. I copyright 1912 the early Lutheran Churches of the county were German Lutheran, English Lutheran and Norwegian Lutheran. These are all that are named specifically in the book however a later paragraph states that there were 11 Lutheran churches in the county with a membership of 1,728. If I find further info I will let you know.
