Funeral Rites On Saturday
Funeral services for Ervin K. Hassebrock, 41 year old Kamrar farmer-trucker who died yesterday morning at the Lutheran Hospital in Hampton following a truck accident will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday.

Services will be in the Presbyterian Church east of Kamrar preceded by a brief service at 1 p.m. at the farm home three miles southeast of Kamrar. The Rev. August Cramer and the Rev. W. G. Hassebrock of Des Moines will officiate. Burial will be in the Presbyterian cemetery.

Ervin Kenneth Hassebrock, son of George and Jennie Hassebrock was born March 30, 1911 on a farm southeast of Kamrar. He was reared and educated in the Kamrar community and was united in marriage Oct.. 19, 1935 to Miss Etta Van Langen. The couple had farmed southeast of Kamrar since that time, and for the past three years he had operated a small fleet of gravel trucks along with his farming interests.

He is survived by his wife, three sons and one daughter: Kendall, 16; Lewis, 10; Morris, 2 and Vivian 13. Also surviving are six brother and six sisters: Henry Hassebrock of Manly; Guy of Kamrar; George of Jewell; Theodore of Kamrar; Ralph of Jewell and Vernon of Webster City; Mrs. Ole (Katie) Van Langen, Kamrar; Mrs. Reinder (Dena) Johnson of Kamrar; Mrs. George (Louise) Arends, Blairsburg; Mrs. Conrad (Etta) Fonken, Kamrar; Mrs. Art (Jennie) Arends of Stanhope and Mrs. Elmer (Norma) Van Langen of Kamrar,

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Ralph, who died at the age of 2.
He was baptized in the Presbyterian faith.

A friendly, neighborly man, his main interests were his home and family.
