MRS. L. E. HENDERSON PASSES AWAY

After Long Struggle, Succumbs To That Dreadful Disease Tuberculosis.

Rachael Ponsness was born Nov. 29, 1881 and died at her home four miles northeast of Story City, Sunday, April 23, 1905. The cause of her death was tuberculosis of the stomach, from which she has bee suffering the past eight weeks, though she had not enjoyed good health for several years. April 3, 1901 she was married to L. E. Henderson. To this union was born one child now three years of age. She was a good wife and mother and a most loving help-mate to her husband. Her death is indeed a sad one, and the sorrowing husband has the sympathy of everybody.

The funeral services were held in the North St. Petri church, Tuesday at 2 p. m. The body was laid to rest in the Mamrelund cemetery.

Mr. Henderson wishes to extend thanks to friends for their kindness during his wife's illness.
