Eva W. Miller, 85, Clinton, died Friday, Oct. 24, 2003 at Alverna Health Care Facility in Clinton. Memorial services will be held at the First United Methodist Church in Clinton on Tuesday at 10 a.m. Visitation will be at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig-Dennis A. Lemke Funeral Home on Monday from 5-7 p.m. Burial of the cremains will be at Graceland Cemetery in Webster City on Tuesday at 4 p.m.

She was born Dec. 21, 1917 at Jewell, the daughter of Gus and Mary Rasmussen Wentzel. She graduated from Jewell High School and married Raymond L. Miller on Oct. 14, 1937 in Webster City. Mr. Miller died on Aug. 6, 1987. Mrs. Miller was a homemaker.

Survivors are her daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara and Lanny Reed of Clinton and Patricia and Wesley Benson of Cedar Falls; a son and daughter-in-law, Charles W. and Barbara Miller of Clinton; five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; a sister and brother-in-law, Sandra and Lowell Jacobson of Jewell. She was preceded in death by her parents, a granddaughter, one sister and a brother. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to First United Methodist Church where she was a member.
