August 10, 2022Our dear mother, Nancy (Stark) McCormick sadly passed on July 18, 2022. She grew up in Jewell and was the high school mascot in 1968 and active in all school activities. She returned to Jewell in the 1980's and worked at the South Hamilton Record as advertising agent.
Her passions included baking, trying new restaurants and road trips. She also became a pinnacle of advocacy for disabled children in South Florida.
She is survived by her two children, Rachel Akers and Matthew Akers.
To honor our mother's wishes, there will be no funeral services.
