Wilma Coulter, 92, Webster City, died Thursday, July 1, 2004 at Hamilton Hospital. A quiet and very private person, Wilma has chosen cremation and a private family graveside service at Graceland Cemetery with Pastor Steve Shelley officiating. There will be no visitation. Foster Funeral Home and Cremation Center is in charge of arrangements.

Wilma Leona Rittel was born March 30, 1912 to Peter and Effie Rausche Rittel at Sonora, Calif. The family later moved to Klamath Falls, Ore., where she was raised and educated. Wilma attended beauty school, where she was an instructor for many years in Portland, Ore. On Dec. 11, 1950 she married Glen Coulter at Vancouver, Wash. The couple made their home in Webster City. She operated Wilma's Beauty Shop for many years until her retirement. Mr. Coulter died on May 28, 1992.

Wilma is survived by a sister-in-law, Betty Buckley of Spirit Lake; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Don and Audrey Coulter, Webster City, several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband, Glen, she was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Dorothy.

Wilma was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church.
