Martin E. Fisher, 59, Des Moines, died July 10, 2003 at Mercy Hospital. Visitation was Sunday, July 13 at Hamilton's near Highland Memory Garden Cemetery. Services were held at 11 a.m. Monday morning at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church. Burial will be at the Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Martin was born in Webster City and graduated from Webster City High School in 1961. Martin was in the Marine Corps stationed in Beuford, South Carolina. He was employed by Titan Tires as a Maintenance Supervisor for 20 years.

Martin is survived by his wife Sharon [Story]; daughters, Lori Dyer of Pleasant Hill, Laina Fisher of Des Moines and Lissa Kozeliski of Pleasant Hill; sons, Jay Fisher of Pleasant Hill and Matt Fisher of Ankeny; brother Milton Fisher of Manitou Springs, CO; and twelve grandchildren. Memorials may be made to Prince of Peace Lutheran Church.
