Vye White, 73, Webster City, died Tuesday, July 1, 2003 at the Hamilton Hospital in Webster City. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Foster Funeral Home with Pastor Ray Artrip officiating. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Vye Mae Aldropp, daughter of Mathias and Ethel Aldropp, was born Dec. 4, 1929 at Goshen, Oregon. She received her education in Creswell and Sutherland, Oregon. On Oct. 30, 1971 she married Norm White at Reno, Nevada. The couple resided in Santa Rosa, Calif. In 1976, the couple moved to Webster City. Mrs. White was an accountant for more than 50 years.

Mrs. White is survived by her husband, Norm White; daughters and sons-in-law, Correna Balsley of Story City; Bridgette and Doug Dockstader of Boone, Gina and Michael Barnsdale of El Dorado Hills, Calif.; grandchildren, Teresa, Eric, Jennifer and Theresa; great-grandchildren; Kelci, Alexandra and Devin; brother, Wilfred Kincaid of Roseberg, Oregon.

She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Vicki Paine; step-mother Beulah Aldropp.
