Johnny R. Shubin, 57, Stanhope, died July 3, 2001 at Mercy Medical Center at Des Moines. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, July 9, 2001 at Foster Funeral Home and Cremation Services. Visitation will be two hours prior to service time on Monday.

In Loving Memory of a husband, father and brother, who is survived by his loving wife Linda, two sons, Harry Shubin of Webster City, John Shubin of Long Beach, Ca., two daughters, Christina Myer of Webster City, Susan Shubin of Shafter, Ca., stepson, Michael Sowder of Stanhope, his former wife Sandra Shubin of Long Beach, Ca., mother of his four children, ten grandchildren, brother and sister-in-law, Pete and Ruth Shubin of Odebolt, Ia., half brother and half sister, Mike and Linda Ruffridge of Keam [?], Alaska, sister-in-law, Carolyn Shubin of Fontana, Ca., step-father, Harvey Ruddridge and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Morris Shubin.
