Wayne J. Mourlam, 71, of Clarion, died Sunday, December 10, 2006 at the USA Healthcare Center, Clarion. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Foster Funeral and Cremation Center, Webster City, with Rev. Bob Miller officiating. Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
