Audrey Coulter, 86, of Webster City, passed away Monday, February 17, 2014 at the Southfield Wellness Community. Audrey was born in Lake City, Iowa on July 10, 1927.

Audrey has chosen cremation and a private family committal will be held at Graceland Cemetery with Reverend Elizabeth Coulter officiating. There will be a Celebration of Life at 3:00 p.m. Friday at the Asbury United Methodist Church. Visitation will be at 2:00 p.m. at the church. Following the service a reception will be held in the church dining room.

Audrey Long and Don Coulter were married at the Little Brown Church in Nashua, with family members present, in 1961. She received her education in the Webster City school system. She spent 17 years with Northwestern Bell telephone company in a supervisory capacity. Audrey then joined Don in the family business. Later she developed her own drapery and decorating business.

Audrey is survived by her husband Don; nephew and niece, David and Joanne Long of Laguna Beach, CA; granddaughters, Angelica and Viki Long; sister-in-law, Betty Buckley of Spirit Lake; additional nephews and nieces, Charles and Elizabeth Coulter of Coralville, Tom and Carolyn Maudlin of Spirit Lake and Tim and Jan Maudlin of Minneapolis.

Audrey's real beauty was in her big and caring heart for everyone.

Audrey and Don spent 53 beautiful and loving years together, 24 hours a day.

The family requests no flowers, please remember Audrey as a good friend.
