OBITUARY

Death of Mrs. Wm. Anderson

After a prolonged illness of nearly six months Emma Christina Anderson, wife of G. William Anderson of Marion township, and whose residence is four and a half miles east of Stratford, passed from this life Tuesday morning December 2, at the age of 52 years, 7 months, and 21 days. Deceased was born in Sweden July 23, 1855, came to America in 1869, and united in marriage to Gus. William Anderson in 1874, and moved to the farm on which they have since lived in 1875.

To them were born eleven children of whom eight, Edward, Luther, Hilda, Nane, Wilgert, Harris, Bessie and Anna are left to mourn her loss. She leaves also two sisters, one brother, a mother and a loving husband behind her.

The sincerest sympathy of a host of friends and neighbors is extended to the husband and children, bereft of a loving wife and affectionate mother. The funeral will be held Thursday afternoon at one o'clock, and the remains will be interred in the Olson cemetery.
