Halle Jayde Shockey, 8 month old infant daughter of David and Wendy Shockey of Webster City, died Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2004 at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester, Minnesota. Private family memorial services were held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 10, 2004 at the Asbury United Methodist Church with Rev. Steve Shelley and Rev. Curtis Evans officiating.

Halle Jayde Shockey was born April 25, 2003 at Mercy Hospital in Des Moines. She was immediately transferred to Iowa City where she was a patient for 7 1/2 months. On December 18, 2003, she was transferred to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her grandparents Lyle and Eileen Shockey Moss and Rodney and Althea Rouse all of Webster City; six great grandparents and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
