Mrs. Olson died at the home of her son, Jonas Lundquist, at Clear Lake, last Wednesday afternoon, the cause of her death being due to old age. At the time of her death she was 89 years and 10 months old.

Deceased was born in Ovanåker, Hälsingland, Sweden in December, 1813. In 1871 she came to America to make her future home. Her husband and one daughter have gone before her to the great beyond. A daughter in Sac City and a son in California and her son at Clear Lake, besides numerous friends are left to mourn her death. The funeral services were held at the Swedish M.E. church by Rev. C.P. Eklund and the remains were laid to rest in the Olson cemetery.
