Lindquist Rites To Be Sunday at Stratford Church

STRATFORD - Funeral services for Miss Edith Lindquist, 72, will be held Sunday at 1:30 p.m. at the Stratford Lutheran Church with burial to be in the South Marion Cemetery. The Rev. Robert Carlson will officiate.

The body will lie in state at the Hansen Funeral Home until 11:45 a.m. when it will be taken to the church.

Miss Lindquist died Thursday afternoon at the Lutheran Home for the Aged at Madrid. She had been in failing health for several years.

Survivors include one brother, Emanuel Lindquist of Stratford, and several nephews and nieces.

A SUNDAY SERVICE FOR EDITH LINDQUIST

The funeral services for Edith Lindquist, who was born October 25, 1889 and passed away June 21, 1962 at the age of 73 years, were held last Sunday afternoon, June 24, in the Stratford Lutheran Church. Rev. Robert Carlson, pastor, conducted the service and brought the words of comfort to family and friends. Burial was made in the South Marion Cemetery. Arrangements were made by Hanson Funeral Home, Stratford.
