Funeral services for Mrs. Holt will be held Thursday afternoon at the Stratford Methodist church with the Rev. Yaeger officiating. Burial will be made in Stratford.

Mrs. Holt is survived by two sons, Ed and Andie, of Stratford, and one daughter, Mrs. Emil Anderson, of Luverne. Several grandchildren and other relatives and many friends also survive. Mr. Holt died several years ago.

She was an old resident of Stratford and was widely known in that community. She was a member of the Methodist church.
