DEATH TAKES V.R. BJUSTROM

Funeral Services for Stratford Man to Be Held Wednesday

Victor R. Bjustrom, 78, of Stratford, died last night at 10:45 o'clock at the hospital here after a two weeks' illness. He was brought to the hospital Wednesday. Death was caused by heart trouble and complications.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the South Marion church, southeast of Stratford, the Rev. Dahl officiating. Burial will be made in South Marion cemetery. Foster's in charge.

Mr. Bjustrom was born Feb. 10, 1854 at Madrid, Iowa, and moved to Stratford with his parents at the age of seven years. He had resided on a farm near Stratford until six years ago when he retired and moved to Stratford.

In 1881 he was married to Miss Mary Ann Peterson. She died in 1888. To this union three children were born, two dying in infancy and the third, a son, dying in 1924.

In 1911 he was married to Mrs. Hilda S. Anderson, who survives him. He also leaves four grandchildren and two step-children. There are also two brothers, John S., of Stratford and C.B. of Whittemore and one sister, Mrs. O.W. Holstrum of Stratford.

He became a member of the South Marion church in 1876 and had been a faithful church worker. He was very widely known in the Stratford community.
