Obituary

DIED - At her home 5 miles south east of Stratford, Iowa, Sunday, February 28, 1892. Mrs. Gustava Anderson aged 59 years, 11 months and 18 days.

Deceased was born in Sweden, March 10th, 1832, and removed to America in 1881. Her funeral took place Wednesday, March 2nd, from the Swedish M.E. church of which she was a member. The sermon was preached by Rev. Lindstrum from Heb., 4-9. Mrs. Anderson has been ill for many months, and death came as a release from her sufferings.

She leaves a husband, three sons, two daughters, two sisters in Sweden, one brother and a sister (Mrs. August Johnson at Pilot Mound) in this community and many other relatives and friends. It is a consolation to know that she has gone to a better land.
