Harold F. Entriken, 93, Webster City, died Thursday, Feb. 17, 2000 at Crestview Manor Care Center, Webster City. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Graceland Cemetery with Rev. Ray Artrip officiating. There will be no visitation and arrangements were made with the Foster Funeral Home in Webster City.

Harold Frank Entriken, son of Franklin and Ella Cummings Entriken, was born March 7, 1906 at Webster City. He attended Webster City Schools. On January 14, 1927 he married Mildred Eileen Adams at Council Bluffs. The couple farmed south of Webster City for many years. Following his retirement in 1971, the couple moved to Webster City. Mrs. Entriken died on April 12, 1986. He moved to Crestview Manor in May of 1997.

He is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Charlotte and LeRoy Schmidt, Falcon, CO., Marlys and Robert Klein, Carlisle, son and daughter-in-law, David and Cheryll Entriken, Webster City; grandchildren, Dale and William Schmidt, Kim Davis, Connie Ryan, Steven Klein, Wade, Colby, Shawn and Kari Entriken, 13 great-grandchildren, two step-great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Bessie and Laura Lappin, Caro Montandon Bickford and Jessie Smith Mullins, brother William Entriken.

He was a member of the Asbury United Methodist Church and the IOOF for many years, serving in various offices.

The family request that in lieu of flowers, memorials be given to Asbury United Methodist Church.
