Mrs. Charles F. Huffman, 92, a longtime resident of the Webster City community, died early Sunday morning at the Hamilton county hospital following an illness of the past three months.

Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Foster funeral home with the Rev. H.C. Perrine officiating and with burial in Graceland cemetery.

Mary Elizabeth Tracy, daughter of Richard and Sarah Tracy, was born Sept. 13, 1872 at Sidney, Ill. She grew to young womanhood in Sidney and was united in marriage March 3, 1894 to Charles F. Huffman, and for two years the couple resided on a farm near Mayview, Ill. In March, 1896, the couple and infant son moved to Webster City to a farm five miles southwest of this community - the family farm since.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1934; by one son, Clyde T. Huffman, and by her parents, several brothers and sisters.

She is survived by two daughters, Minnie Huffman, a teacher in the public schools at Clarion and Mrs. Blaine (Helen) Woolsey of Webster City, one grandson, Dean Woolsey, Simi, Calif., two great-granddaughters, Kim and Dena Woolsey of Simi, Calif.

Mrs. Huffman was a member of the Church of Christ.
