Troy Burgin, 30, Sleepy Eye, MN., died Friday, Nov. 19, 1999 at Sleepy Eye. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Foster Funeral Home with Rev. Mervyn Moberly officiating. Following the service, Mr. Burgin will be cremated. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service.

Troy Ronald Burgin, son of Ronald and Charlene Tipping Burgin, was born Feb. 4, 1969 at Iowa City. He graduated from Marshalltown High School in 1987. He worked at his father's greenhouse and garden center and most recently worked for Hacher's Tree Farm in Sleepy Eye.

Survivors are his parents, Ronald and Charlene Burgin, Rock Hill, SC., a sister and brother-in-law, Teresa and Chad Stern of Charlotte, NC., grandparents, LeRoy and Zelpha Burgin and Gladys Tipping, all of Webster City, several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Ellis Tipping.
