Nora Dally, 95, Webster City, died Sunday, Oct. 24, 1999 at the Hamilton Hospital. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at the First Baptist Church with Rev. William Kem officiating. Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home and after 11 a.m. Thursday at the church.

Nora Mae Lemon, daughter of Frank and Florence Pigman Lemon, was born July 22, 1904 on a farm south of Flugstad. She attended a rural school in that area. She graduated from Webster City High School in 1922, with Normal school training. She taught at the Cutting rural school and the Brushy rural school. On March 31, 1925 she married Oliver Dally at Waterloo. The couple farmed in the Homer area. Mr. Dally died Sept. 16, 1961. She continued to reside on the family farm where she shared in its management for 38 years. She had resided at Crestview Manor for five months.

Survivors are a son and daughter-in-law, Norman and Janice Dally of Duncombe, grandchildren, Paula Frank and Chris Pate of Madrid, Joe Dally of El Cajon, CA., and Jim Dally of Stout; six great-grandchildren, a sister, Gladys Lacy of Croswell, MI., several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Wilbur, a grandson, Patrick Dally, her parents and a brother, Kenneth Lemon.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church and was active in her church circle work.
