Charlotte Dorothea Hoefing, 30, Copperas Cove, TX., a former Webster City resident, died July 9, 1999 at Lampasas, TX. Memorial services will be held Sunday, July 18 at 2 p.m. at the Foster Funeral Home.

She was born on April 22, 1969 at Webster City. She graduated from South Hamilton High School in 1987. She married Paul Hoefing on Nov. 28, 1992 in Webster City. She had resided at Copperas Cove for the past five years.

She is survived by her husband, Paul, son, Matthew Hoefing of Copperas Cove, mother Ruth McCoy, Dayton, foster parents, Homer and Shirlee Frisk, Stanhope, three brothers, Lawrence McCoy, Nebraska, Dale McCoy of Fort Dodge, Charles McCoy of South Dakota and a sister.

While she lived in Webster City, she attended St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
