Beverly A. Marsh, 84, formerly of Jewell died July 23, 2018 at Bethany Manor in Story City. There are no services planned. Burial will be in the Iowa Veteran’s Cemetery.

Beverly was born on July 21, 1934 in Grinnell, Iowa to Walter Everett and Lois Iva (Hum) Paulson. She married James W. Marsh on December 30, 1954. He died January 13, 2016. She worked for many years at Story City Herald. The most important thing to Beverly was being with her daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by three daughters, Cheri Akers of Edgewater, FL, Sandy Hertzke (Kent) of Ames and Patti Sealine (Tim) of Stanhope; six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and a brother, Royce Paulson of Myrtle Beach, FL.

Beverly was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jim; a son-in-law, Rick Akers and a brother, Donald Paulson.

Memorials may be made to the Kellogg Historical Society.
