Mary Peterson Bowers, 81, of Apopka, Florida and formerly of Jewell, passed away on February 5, 2018 at Cornerstone Hospice House in Tavares, Florida. Mary was born July 23, 1936 to Hawley and Emma Sunnoe Peterson, along with six siblings. She graduated from Randall High School in 1954.

A committal service was held on Friday, May 18, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Paul's Cemetery southwest of Jewell.
