MRS. ANTON SEALINE, 61, DIED SATURDAY MORNING

Mrs. Anton Sealine, 61, died at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Hamilton County Public Hospital in Webster City. She was taken seriously ill Friday evening, and brought to the hospital at that time. She had been in failing health the past 25 years, and an invalid the past 10 years.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Church of Christ in Stanhope, preceded by a brief service at the family home at 1:30 p.m. Rev. Paul Williams of Tacoma, Wash., and Rev. Leon Driscoll of Stanhope officiated, and burial was made in the South Marion Cemetery near Stratford.

Emma Sophia Berggren, daughter of Gust and Ingrid Berggren, was born May 28, 1892, on a farm in Marion Township, near Stratford. She was educated in the Stratford schools and had lived in Marion Township all her life.

She was united in marriage March 5, 1913, to Anton Sealine, and the couple had farmed on the present farm three miles east of Stratford since 1928.

She is survived by her husband; one daughter, Mrs. Stewart (Bernice) Lund of Webster City; and two sons, Melferd Sealine of Stratford and Edward Sealine of Wilmington, Delaware; and seven grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and two brothers.

Mrs. Sealine was baptized when a young girl in the Church of God at Stanhope and was a member of that church.

A kind and loving wife and mother, she was an earnest Christian who had made many close friends during her long residence in the Stratford and Stanhope communities.
