August 14, 1970Ames woman's mother died
Mrs. Laura E. Nelson, 79, Stratford, died at Mary Greeley Hospital Aug. 12.
Among her survivors is a daughter, Mrs. Clarence Murken, 1807 Wilson Ave.
Funeral services were held Saturday at 2 p.m. from the South Marion United Methodist Church, Stratford, with the Rev. Robert Winter officiating.
Burial will be in South Marion Cemetery, Stratford.
The Stark-Welin Funeral Home, Stratford, was in charge of funeral arrangements.
