Deana Carol McIntire, 50, of Webster City, died on May 14, 2017 at the Van Diest Medical Center, in Webster City. A gathering of family and friends will be on Friday May 19, 2017, from 5:00-7:00 PM at Boman Funeral Home in Webster City. The family has chosen Boman Funeral Home (www.bomanfh.com) to care for their needs.

Deana was born on August 17, 1966 to Dean and Patrica (Lingard) Holt in Webster City, Iowa. She graduated from the South Hamilton High School, then went to Iowa Central Community College where she earned her Associates degree as a Certified Medical Assistant. Deana married Loren Carroll McIntire in 1991.

Deana worked at the Boondocks, Electrolux and most recently at Farm Journal. She enjoyed crocheting, scrapbooking, going to garage sales, Friday night cards, camping, friends, family, and her grandkids.

Deana’s family includes her husband of 26 years; three children: Brittnay of Webster City, Megan of Independence, Iowa, and Taylor of Webster City; two grandkids: Karstin and Bentley; two sisters: Patty Bessman of Atlantic, Iowa and Iva Holt of Jewell, Iowa. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother Selid and a child in infancy.
