Maud E. Wilcher was born Aug. 20, 1862 at Beaverdale, Ill., and died at her home in Stanhope, Feb. 8, 1930 at the age of 67 years, 5 months and 21 days.

In the year of 1883 she was united in marriage to Clem C. Corrow at Momence, Ill., to which union were born two children who are both living, Joe W. Corrow of Marshall, Minn., and May Welch, of Webster City.

In 1892 the family moved to a farm near Stanhope near which place Mrs. Corrow had always resided except two years spent at Clarksfield, Minn.

Besides the husband and children who will miss the companionship of a loving wife and kind mother is one brother, William Wilcher, of Laredo, Tex., and six grandchildren, a number of other relatives and a host of friends.

Mrs. Corrow had been in failing health for the past eight years suffering a stroke Jan. 22 and gradually growing weaker until she died. Mrs. Corrow united with the M.E. church 18 years ago.
