DEATH TAKES MARY GLEASON

Dies of Flu Attack at Home of Sister-in-Law Near Blairsburg

BLAIRSBURG, Iowa, Dec. 2 - Miss Mary Gleason, 68, died last evening following an attack of the flu and other complications at the home of her sister-in-law, Mrs. M.J. Gleason, south of town.

Miss Gleason had made her home with Mrs. Gleason for the past two years. Previous to that time she and her brother, John, lived at their home here in town. Besides her sister-in-law she leaves her sister, Mrs. Catherine Pyle, and her daughter, Delores, of Washington, D.C.; Mrs. Roy Maubach, of Williams, and Mrs. Arthur Carpenter, of Fairbanks, nieces, James Gleason, of Blairsburg, and Theodore of Gilmore City, nephews. Carol Rick, of Williams, in charger of the funeral.

Services will be held Friday morning with high mass, at 9 o'clock in St. Mary's Catholic church in Williams.
