Word has been received of the death of Laura Isham Moore, Denver, Colo., a former Webster City resident, who died Sunday, Jan. 8, in Denver. Memorial services will be held Saturday, Jan. 14, at 1:30 p.m. at the Asbury United Methodist Church in Webster City.

Laura Isham, daughter of Ray D. and Frances Coats Isham, was born March 3, 1918. She received her education in the Cass No. 3 rural school, and at Webster City High School. She was employed in Webster City at Forrester's Dairyland, Jensen Drug, Ostlund's Jack & Jill, and Iowa Miss & Mrs. She married Willis Foster in 1940, and Dr. Harry Moore in 1971.

Mrs. Moore is survived by her husband, Dr. Harry Moore; a son, Jerry Foster; two sisters, Alyce Singer and Hazel Nott; a sister-in-law, Dolores Isham; a stepdaughter, Marilyn Matthews; a stepson, Dr. Robert Moore; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Willis Foster, her parents, a brother Donald (Pat) Isham, a sister Martha in infancy, and a sister Mary Ellen Van Doren.

Memorials may be made to the Hamilton County Historical Society.
