WAS AT OLD HOME ON VISIT

Married in Illinois and Came to Hamilton County Thirty-Five Years Ago.

B.J. Stark, a prominent, much respected and well known resident of Fremont township, died at Wheaton, Ill., last evening at 6 o'clock. Wheaton is the old home of Mr. and Mrs. Stark and they had gone there several weeks ago for a visit among relatives and old neighbors - the first time they had been back to the old home since they had removed to this county. Mr. Stark had been ailing with some chronic trouble for a long time which finally terminated in his death.

B.J. Stark was born near Wheaton, Ill., and was past sixty-two years of age at the time of his demise. He was united in marriage with Miss Anna Schropfer nearly forty years ago. A few years after their marriage, Mr. and Mrs. Stark moved to this county and have since resided in Fremont township.

The deceased is survived by five children, two sons and three daughters - Max, Winslow and Miss Annetta, at home, Mrs. Katherine Fagan of Royal Oak, Mich., and Miss Cora Stark of Hartford, Conn. Leo, another son, has joined the great silent majority.

The children had been summoned to Wheaton on account of the serious illness of their father and the family will accompany the body home to this place tomorrow. The funeral services will be held at the farm home in Fremont township Monday morning at 9 o'clock and at the Catholic church in Duncombe at 10 o'clock. Father Wren will be in charge of the services.
