Young Married Woman Drops Dead Last Night

Mrs. Fred Schwandt, Living Near Woolstock Falls Unconscious Last Night Shortly After Supper - Death Soon Follows - Leaves Husband and Two Small Children

Mrs. Fred Schwandt, twenty-five years old, wife of a young farmer living two miles south of Woolstock, passed away suddenly last night at 8 o'clock, her death having been caused by embolism, a disease of the circulation. Her sudden taking away is a grievous shock to her husband and two little daughters, aged two and four years.

Anna Matilda Helmke was born, October 20, 1897, and was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Helmke, residents of Renwick. She was married five years ago to Fred Schwandt, son of Mr. and Mrs. August Schwandt, of this community and has lived on the farm since her marriage.

Beside the husband and two children, she leaves a father and mother, three sisters and one brother, all residing near Renwick.

The funeral services will be held at 10 o'clock tomorrow morning at the farm home, conducted by Rev. H.A. Koenig, pastor of St. Paul's Lutheran church, of this city and services will be held at 2 o'clock in the afternoon at Renwick, conducted by Rev. Rueher.
