Deloris "Dee" Caruth, 81, of Webster City died Monday, December 7, 2015 at Crestview Wellness and Rehabilitation. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 19, 2015 at Faith United Methodist Church in Webster City with Reverend Sue Nienaber, officiating.

Deloris Ann Richey, daughter of William and Gladys Brower Richey, was born June 6, 1934 in Clear Lake. Her family moved to Webster City in 1940. Dee graduated from Lincoln High in 1952. She married Wendell Lowell Caruth on August 24, 1952 in Webster City. Dee was a secretary and bookkeeper for Naden Industries for 40 years. The couple had resided in Webster City for 60 years. In 2013 they moved to Windsor Manor. Wendell preceded her in death on September 25, 2015.

Dee is survived by her son, Matt Caruth of Webster City; granddaughters, Jenni Caruth of Cedar Falls, Abbi Caruth of Fort Dodge; great-granddaughter, Olyvia Caruth of Fort Dodge; brother, Dean Richey of Forest lake, MN; many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Robert Richey; sister, Betty Larson; sister-in-infancy, Velva Richey.

Dee was a member of the Webster City Women's Club. She was an avid bridge player belonging to several clubs. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, cross stitch and spending time at Clear Lake with her family. She especially enjoyed being with her granddaughters.
