Muriel Brownfield Johnson Stark passed away on November 3 at the home of her daughter, Amber Johnson, in Palm Desert, California at the age of 92. Muriel was raised in Webster City and married Joseph Johnson in 1940. They farmed in the area and raised four children, Dean, Verna (Ashley), Carter and Joyce (Amber). They divorced in 1970 and Muriel relocated to California where she married J.D.Stark. She is survived by her two daughters Ashley Lewis and Amber Johnson, 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, her two husbands, her two sons, and a granddaughter.
