Funeral services for Lillie Mae Davis, 87, will be held Tuesday at 3 p.m. at the Foster Funeral home with the Rev. David LaMaster officiating and with burial in Graceland cemetery.

Mrs. Davis, a longtime Webster City resident, who had resided the past three months at the Stratford Care Center, died last Saturday afternoon at the Boone County hospital.

Friends may call at the Foster Funeral home until the time of service.

Lillie Mae [Tucker]Davis was born July 11, 1897 at Villisca, Iowa. She was reared and educated at Council Bluffs and was married to George Edward Davis on Jan. 25, 1922, at Blue Earth, Minn.

The couple lived at Webster City and following the death of her husband Nov. 18, 1951, she continued to make her home in this city.

She is survived by two sons and one daughter, Edward Davis, Dallas, Texas; Bernard Davis, Minneota, Minn. and Mrs. Jerald (Evelyn) Rastetter of Webster City; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Welda Morgan, Webster City and by several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband; one son, Bryon; one daughter, Beverly Jensen; one granddaughter, Jill West and two step-brothers.

She was baptized in the Lutheran faith.
