Services for Eilt Greenfield, 90, lifelong Kamrar area resident, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the First United Presbyterian church at Kamrar with the Rev. Marvin L. Camp officiating and with burial in the Presbyterian cemetery.

The body will lie in state at the Foster Funeral home until 9:30 a.m. Saturday, when it will be taken to the church.

Mr. Greenfield died Wednesday morning at the Hamilton County hospital where he had been a patient for five weeks.

Eilt Greenfield, son of Henry and Harmina Greenfield, was born Oct. 7, 1887 in Kamrar where he was reared and educated.

He had engaged in farming on the Greenfield home farm with his brother, Simon, for many years, but had been retired from active farming for many years. For the past several years he had resided with a sister, Jenny Greenfield, on a farm near Ellsworth, with a nephew, Elvin Johnson.

He was a veteran of World War I.

He is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Minnie Welp, Webster City, Jenny Greenfield and Mrs. Henry (Alice) Johnson, both of Ellsworth; one niece, Mrs. Jennie Middents of Webster City, one nephew Elvin H. Johnson of Ellsworth; plus several grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother and sister who died in infancy; and one brother, Simon.

Mr. Greenfield was a lifelong member of the First United Presbyterian church.
