Marjorie Hall, 94, of Webster City, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 20, 2015 at Crestview Nursing and Rehabilitation. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at the Calvary Baptist Church. Visitation will be at the church from 10:00 a.m. until service time on Wednesday.

Marjorie Francis Hall, daughter of Arthur and Leonne McBride Hall, was born November 15, 1920 at Boone. She graduated from Boone High School. On December 31, 1942, she married Kenneth "Tom" Eugene Hall in Boone. Marjorie worked in Nevada at an ice cream parlor and later in Ankeny at a munitions plant. In 1958, she and Tom moved to Webster City so he could manage the local Fareway Store. In 1993 the couple moved to Kamrar. Tom preceded her in death on April 20, 1994. In 2003 she moved back to Webster City. She had resided at Crestview since March of 2014.

Marjorie is survived by her children, Barbara and Harold Schnittjer of Webster City, Col. Thomas Hall and Kristy of Rocklin, CA, Timothy Hall and Violetta of Ames, Daniel Hall and Joani of Waterloo, Kenneth Hall Jr. and Mary of Ankeny, 22 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; and many extended family.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, an infant daughter Linda, daughter, Beverly Ritenburg; sisters, Rosalena Yackel, Dorothy Buffum and Virginia Dennert.

Marjorie was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church. From 1984 until 2009 she enjoyed wintering in Texas. She would travel to Canada to fish, and loved playing board games, croquet, and shuffleboard. For many years she would meet her sister, niece and brothers-in-law every Monday for lunch and games. While at Crestview she enjoyed the many activities they provided, especially bingo. Marjorie was very musical, singing and playing the organ.

Memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church in memory of Marjorie.
