Marie Myhre passed away March 11, 2015 at her home in Ames, Iowa. She was born to Arne and Jenny B. Myhre in Sandnes, Norway. She came to the United States as a teen to be with family living in Webster City. After getting her secondary education, she worked as a pharmacy technician at the Webster City Hospital until her retirement.

Marie is survived by her brothers and their spouses in Norway, along with nieces and nephews; and an aunt and cousins in the United States.

Burial of the cremated remains will be in the Buckeye Cemetery, rural Alden.
