MRS. OLSON, AGE 61, DIES

Funeral Services for Randall Woman at Elim Church

WAS WIDELY KNOWN

Mrs. Martin Olson died at her home northwest of Randall yesterday morning at 1 o'clock following a three weeks' illness. She was 61 years of age.

Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 1 o'clock at the home and at Elim Lutheran church in Randall at 2 o'clock. The Rev. G. O. Paulsrud will officiate and burial will be made in Mount Olive cemetery.

Mrs. Olson leaves to mourn her death her husband, four sons and four daughters, Archie, of Klemme; Floyd, of Ellsworth, Milo and Clifford at home, Mrs. Clyde Offholter, of Lathrope, Mo., Mrs. Carl Larson, of Kenyon, Minn., Mrs. Archie Jacobson and Mrs. Russel Peterson, both of Story City. She also leaves eight grandchildren and four brothers, Ira and Carl, of Jewell, and Jake and P. K. Egland, of Randall, and three sisters, Mrs. Pete Olson, of Elmore, Minn.; Mrs. Gus Thoerson, of Jewell, and Mrs. H. B. Hanson, of Randall. Clarence, the eldest son, was killed in action in France during the World war.

Mrs. Olson was born and grew to womanhood in this vicinity. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Knud Egland who preceded her in death. She was a member of Elim Lutheran church. All of her children were with her at the time of her death.
