Paul C Neese, 82, of Stratford, died Dec.26, 2014. Funeral services will be held Dec. 31 at 1:30 p.m. at the Stratford Lutheran Church. Visitation will be Tuesday Dec. 30th from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the fellowship hall in the Lutheran church.
