Harry Brin, 79, prominent Webster City businessman, died early this morning at St. Mary's hospital in Rochester, Minn., where he had been a patient the past two months.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Foster Funeral home with Rabbi Sam Levi officiating. Rabbi Levi will also officiate at graveside services at the Glendale cemetery in Des Moines.

Mr. Brin is survived by his wife, Evelyn; two sons and one daughter, Leon Brin of Denver, Colo., Bradley Brin of Milwaukee, Wis., Gertrude Holleb of Chicago; two step-sons, Haskell Pitluck of Crystal Lake, Ill., and Morris Pitluck of Kansas City, Mo.

The family suggests memorial contributions to the synagogue in Fort Dodge or a charity of the donor's choice.

Mr. Brin for many years had owned and operated Brin's Furniture in Webster City, one of the leading furniture establishments in north central Iowa.
