Francine VanScoy, 61, of Dayton, died Saturday, October 2, 2010 at the Grandview Care

Center in Dayton. Her wishes were to be cremated with a private burial at a later date.

Francine Marie Whaley daughter of Donald E. and Mary L Fosberg Whaley was born Dec. 20, 1948 in Webster City. She received her education from Webster City Schools.

She is survived by brother Mark (Nancy) Whaley and aunt Charlotte Randall both of Webster City

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Foster Funeral and Cremation Center is in charge of the arrangements.
