Former Webster City resident Sandie Uransky Howard, 62, passed away Feb. 25 at her home in Albuquerque, N.M. She was the daughter of Ralph and LaVerne Uransky of Virginia. Ralph Uransky was the manager of Morton's Frozen Foods, Webster City, during the early 1960s.
